Taiwanese investigative journalist and editor at The Reporter
Sherry Hsueh-Li Lee works at Taiwan’s nonprofit newsroom The Reporter. She helped produce “Slaves of the Far-Sea Fishing”, a cross-border investigation with Indonesian outlet Tempo. The team documented the exploitation of migrant workers aboard Taiwanese distant-water fishing vessels.
Ambassador TRUTH is TRUTH Magazine’s honorary distinction for journalists, independent creators and educators, recognising rigorous verification, context and responsibility for published work. Submissions and voting run from 1 November 2026 to 12 January 2027. Recipients are announced on 15 January 2027.
